Paintings.

I usually paint on the floor, using acrylics diluted with water, pooring it out on the canvas. The lack of control gives me a sense of freedom. It´s almost like a dance, a push and pull movement, between me, the colors and the law of gravity.
To zoom in and to zoom out is a necessity in my artistic practice. Often I find inspiration looking closer on a flower or in a small stream that trickles through the forest where I grew up. To actually take the time to see the colors that hides in the quickness of our busy life, but also to take a step back sometimes and see the beauty from a mountain top or the the nuances in the sky. Perspectives, I´ve realised, is where you often find the most peace.
